Reveal extension for Firefox

I just installed the Reveal Firefox extension. After the sweet interactive tutorial that comes with it, I must say this is a great extension. It has an interactive thumbnail tab bar that can be brought up just with one key stroke, which comes with a search thumbnail function as well. You can choose to search by URL, page or title. It also has a magnifying glass for does of you hard on seeing or just to take a better look at an image. Another great feature is the thumbnail previews on your back and forward buttons. That is not all it can do, there is a lot more so check it out:
A must have extension for the hardcore Firefox user.

Seeking a new occupation.

Last week I quit my job! So now I am looking for a new employer. I worked for a year at my last job. Pretty much since I moved to Chicago. I quit because the job had me traveling all over the North side of Chicago, and Chicago and its surrounding area are HUGE. Doing all that traveling is tiring and ever since my accident last August, when my car was totaled, I have not been too enthused to drive on the thruway.
So, here I am once again, looking for an employer. I have been living downtown for a while now so I want something close to home. There is plenty of opportunities, especially here, downtown Chicago. I really do not want to be doing a whole lot of traveling. I know i can find something more suitable for my experience and educational background.
I will be writing soon about my new job. :)

Haha - no way!!!

Amanda and I just finished watching the Whole Nine Yards on DVD. I switched the receiver to TV. Apparently the cable box was on, because what I saw confused me for a moment. I guess I forgot to turn off the c-box when I put in the DVD. Before the movie Amanda was watching Seinfeld on TBS earlier, so that was the channel that was on at the moment. Guess which movie they were showing? That's right - the Whole Nine Yards, it was about half way through. I find it funny, that Amanda and I rented the DVD and we watched the movie the same night and at about the same time it was being broadcasted.

What a coincidence?!

I was able to convince my sweetie to try blogging. She seems pretty excited to have one, so am I. From the looks of it, it appears that she is planing to give some insides to me. It should be very interesting. He-He.

How awesome is my future husband?

Oh, let me count the cells...
Tonight, Alex bought me an early birthday present, (My birthday is Feb. 27th), an awesome present. Let me give some background before I disclose what it is. When Alex and I first met, we had a few problems with going over minutes on our cellphones. I had T-mobile and he had Verizon. To alleviate this issue, Alex added me to his account and bought me a second cell phone. I didn't like the phone too much but it was cool because I had TWO cell phones. Now, my parents are going to switch over to Verizon to talk to Alex and I for free so I'm getting rid of my very cool T-mobile phone (it has LED lights built in the sides and lights up!). However, my awesome future husband agreed to buy me a new phone. And what phone did he get me? A MOTOROLA RAZR!!!!! Oh, he is so jealous and I'm excited. We got it for a really great deal. It would normally cost $500 but it only cost us $100. To make him feel better, I told him to make it my early birth…

Me, Myself and I in the year of our Lord 2005.

Short but Sweet

Exactly one year ago I packed up my bags and moved from Buffalo, NY to Chicago, IL. Three weeks latter started a full time job, mostly on, but with plenty off, if that makes any sense. Three months later I met my then girlfriend and now fiance. Then came the move into a nice big apartment downtown Chicago, but not so good of a landlord. Then, some time in Agust, but most likely early September I began working on the idea of owning my own business. This was good, because unknown to me, soon I was going to be suffering under the plenty of off. Due to which we took few trips here and there, but mostly to NJ/NY.

Looking into 2006:

Start the new job.
Start the new company.
Get a nicer living space.
Few other things.... :)
